Before purchase, please read and understand these safety instructions and warnings. If you purchase a Squiggle Lamp, save these instructions for future reference.

Product: Squiggle Lamp, floor standing. Rated voltage: 120V AC. Maximum wattage: 15W, LED bulbs only. Socket type: E12 candelabra base.

Warning: risk of fire and electrical shock. This fixture is designed for LED bulbs only. Do not use incandescent, halogen, or other high-heat bulbs. Using a non-LED bulb, or an LED bulb above 15 watts, may cause overheating, melt the lamp structure, or start a fire. Even if a higher wattage bulb fits the socket, do not use it.

This lamp is for dry, indoor locations only. Do not use it outdoors, in bathrooms, or in damp or wet environments. The included cable assembly is UL-listed, but do not operate the lamp if the cord or plug is damaged. Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs or furniture. Do not plug in the lamp until it is fully assembled.

Warning: tip-over hazard. The lamp is approximately 51 inches tall and weighs about 12 pounds. Place it only on a flat, stable, level surface. Keep children and pets away from the lamp, and avoid high-traffic areas where it may be bumped or tripped over. Make sure the cord is secured and does not create a tripping hazard.

Caution: assembly required. This product requires customer assembly. Failure to follow the assembly instructions correctly may result in electrical failure, instability, or injury. Ensure all structural connections are tight and the socket is securely fastened. Do not modify, alter, or add attachments to the lamp that are not included in the kit.

While the lamp includes a UL-listed cable and socket assembly, the final assembled lamp fixture has not been evaluated by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) or another safety certification agency.

By purchasing and assembling the Squiggle Lamp, the customer acknowledges that the seller is not liable for damages, injuries, or fires resulting from improper assembly, loose connections, failure to follow instructions, non-LED bulbs, bulbs above 15 watts, or unstable placement. In no event shall the seller's liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
